I hit 5 balls around the table 3 rails and, while they're still moving, I hit all 5 of them again, going 3 rails, off the butt and into the pocket.

I'd recommend starting off with 3 balls and working your way up. Put the balls on the headstring with the highest numbered ball on the spot. Make sure to leave enough room in between them so you can shoot all of them towards the first rail.
Find your aim point for the balls so the first time around, they come pretty close to the side pocket off of the third rail. With 3 balls, you can think of hitting them at fast, medium, and slow speeds. But with more than that, you have to hit them all pretty evenly. On the second hit, aim to come up short since you have a lot of margin for error with the butt. Also, since the first hits went long, you'll minimize your chances of the balls colliding with each other on their way around. You can just fire the second shot in too.
This is a juggling shot (hitting a moving ball) with a lot of speed control. There's a lot of criss-crossing of paths too, making this shot just a little more interesting.
