This is a twist on the Classics IV shot where we shoot all 4 balls into 2 pockets. The middle two balls go into the corner while the outside two balls go into the far side pocket. Neato!
Discipline: Trick & Fancy
Difficulty: Beginner
The setup isn't too hard. I start with the 1 ball one ball width away from the point of the side pocket. The 2 and 3 balls are straight out from the 1, with a small gap in between the 2 and 3 (Figure 1).
The 3-4 combination is aligned towards the left point of the opposite side pocket to allow for throw (Figure 2).
The cue ball is about 1 diamond back from the line of balls, straight back from where the 3 and 4 are touching. I aim right in between the 2 and 3 balls with a little bit of left english to throw the 2 and 3 balls to the right and get them into the corner.
This is a more advanced version of the Classics IV shot where all the balls go in to 2 pockets instead of 4.
